Experience working with children and adolescents in behavioral and therapeutic settings, with attention to emotional regulation, coping skills, and identity development.
I am a neurodivergent therapist with ADHD and over four years of experience working in the behavioral health field with children on the autism spectrum and other diagnoses—experiences that deeply shape my approach. I provide virtual telehealth therapy to clients across Pennsylvania, bringing both lived experience and professional training into a warm, affirming, and collaborative space.
My work is grounded in person-centered and strength-based values, with an integrative, goal-oriented, and solution-focused approach that adapts to each client’s needs rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all model. I take time to understand you as a whole person, including your past experiences and current challenges, to support meaningful change in the present and future. I practice with cultural humility and a trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming perspective, seeing each client as a whole person, not just a label or diagnosis.
I am especially passionate about supporting neurodivergent individuals, members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and people navigating identity development, life transitions, anxiety, grief, or emotional overwhelm. I bring what I’ve learned from my own ADHD and neurodivergent journey, along with professional training, to help clients find approaches that actually work for them.
Group Therapy
I regularly facilitate D&D-style virtual therapeutic gaming groups, designed to be engaging, approachable, and fun while supporting personal growth. These groups are tailored to and especially great for clients with ADHD, autism, social anxiety, or those exploring aspects of their identity. They help build social confidence, communication skills, emotional regulation, and encourage empathy, perspective-taking, and identity exploration.
Education
I graduated from Widener University with a Master’s in Education in Clinical Counseling.
