Therapeutic Approach
I work with clients to identify and pursue unique personal goals, helping them to define their own criteria for successful therapeutic work.
As a systemic therapist, I use a range of approaches to help people better understand their relationships with others, allowing them to draw on their own internal resources and the support of others to improve their lives. I use a range of approaches in my therapy, always centered on listening to my clients and building on the understanding and self-knowledge they bring with them.
About Me
I hold a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University, and I have worked with individuals, couples, and families of a wide range of ages and backgrounds.
Before entering on a career as a therapist, I worked in such varied fields as academia, early childhood education, translation, and union organizing, and I bring all of my diverse experience to bear in supporting my clients.
