Specialities
-
Affirming and supporting clients exploring how they understand themselves outside of the gender binary.
-
With a training focused on, I work with clients whether their trauma is more acute, complex, intergenerational, health related, or relational.
-
Supporting children and families navigating divorce, conflict, and mental health concerns.
As a transgender male, I bring a personal understanding of how critical it is to have affirming, safe, and accessible spaces for healing. I know firsthand the impact of being seen and supported in ways that acknowledge identity and lived experience. These values guide my work and my belief that therapy should be a space where everyone feels they truly belong.
I use an integrative approach because each client’s journey is unique and requires flexibility. Drawing from multiple modalities allows me to meet clients where they are, tailoring treatment to their individual needs and strengths. I aim to create an affirming, inclusive environment that supports healing, growth, and resilience.
With my education focused on trauma, I am passionate about helping clients process a wide range of traumatic experiences. This includes acute, chronic, complex, developmental, intergenerational/historical, medical or health-related, grief and loss, identity-based, and relational trauma.
However, the treatment I provide is not limited to trauma-related concerns. I work with individuals, couples, adolescents, and families around issues such as abuse, anxiety, attachment challenges, body image, communication problems, depression, divorce, family conflict, gender or sexual identity exploration, infidelity, LGBTQ+ experiences, men’s and women’s issues, parenting, polyamory and alternative relationship structures, self-harm, sexual assault/harassment, suicidal ideation, and more. I also offer affirming support for clients navigating BDSM/kink, transgender and nonbinary identities, and other identity or relationship-based experiences.
Above all, my goal is for clients to feel safe, comfortable, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process. I strive to create a collaborative space where you can show up authentically, explore challenges without judgment, and take steps toward meaningful growth, healing, and self-discovery.
