Therapeutic Approach
My approach blends an understanding of how past experiences and relationships shape us with practical strategies for the present. I often draw from Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, attachment-based work, psychodynamic theory, and acceptance practices to support clients navigating trauma, relational patterns, life transitions, burnout, emotional distress, and intergenerational trauma. I also help clients recognize and shift subconscious behavioral patterns that may be holding them back.
I value humor, creativity, and collaboration in the therapy process, and I prioritize building strong rapport so clients feel seen, accepted, and empowered.
Education
I graduated from the University of Delaware and Millersville University with a master’s of science in Clinical Psychology.
